This policy explains how RETECH VN LLC ("RETECH VN", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website and request a consultation. We apply the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to everyone, wherever they are.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us in the form: name, WhatsApp number, email, store website, platform (Shopify, WooCommerce…), the problems you select, monthly ad budget, service of interest, preferred date and time slot, and your message.
Data generated automatically when you submit: your time zone, the page language, the page URL, campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the submission date.
Conversations: the messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp or by email, and any access you voluntarily grant us (for example, read-only access to Meta Ads Manager or Analytics).
Country detection: to show the site in your language, our hosting provider tells us the country of your IP address. We do not store your IP address or that country.

Please do not send us sensitive data (health, religion, etc.) or passwords. If we need access to an account, we will ask for user-level permissions, never your password.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

To answer your request and arrange the consultation — basis: your consent (form checkbox) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
To provide the services you hire — basis: performance of a contract.
To measure which campaigns bring requests (UTM parameters) — basis: our legitimate interest in understanding where our clients come from.
To comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing and tax) — basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for automated decision-making and we will not send you advertising unless you ask for it.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the service, acting on our behalf:

Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and form processing.
Google LLC (USA) — Google Sheets, where requests are stored; Google Fonts, which loads the website typeface.
Telegram — internal notification to our team when a new request arrives.
WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — the channel we use to talk to you.

We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

5. International transfers

Our company is registered in the United States and our team works from Vietnam, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by our providers (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and only give our team the access it needs.

6. How long we keep it

Requests that do not become a client: up to 24 months after the last contact, then they are deleted.
Clients: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time required by tax and accounting law.
If you ask us to delete your data or withdraw your consent, we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Write to retechvnsp@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are in the EU/EEA and believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — aepd.es).

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We only save your chosen language in your browser (localStorage) so you don't have to choose it again. Google Fonts receives your IP address when the typeface loads.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to the team members who need it, and reputable providers. No system is 100% secure, but we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires if a breach affects your data.

10. Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date; if the changes are important, we will let you know.

Esta política explica cómo RETECH VN LLC («RETECH VN», «nosotros») recoge y utiliza datos personales cuando visitas esta web y solicitas una consulta. Aplicamos los principios del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la UE (RGPD) a todas las personas, estén donde estén.

2. Qué datos recogemos

Datos que nos das en el formulario: nombre, número de WhatsApp, email, web de tu tienda, plataforma (Shopify, WooCommerce…), los problemas que marques, presupuesto mensual en anuncios, servicio de interés, fecha y franja horaria preferidas y tu mensaje.
Datos generados automáticamente al enviar: tu zona horaria, el idioma de la página, la URL de la página, los parámetros de campaña (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) y la fecha de envío.
Conversaciones: los mensajes que intercambias con nosotros por WhatsApp o email y los accesos que nos concedas voluntariamente (por ejemplo, acceso de solo lectura a Meta Ads Manager o Analytics).
Detección del país: para mostrarte la web en tu idioma, nuestro proveedor de hosting nos indica el país de tu dirección IP. No guardamos tu IP ni ese país.

Por favor, no nos envíes datos sensibles (salud, religión, etc.) ni contraseñas. Si necesitamos acceder a una cuenta, te pediremos permisos de usuario, nunca tu contraseña.

3. Para qué los usamos y base legal

Responder a tu solicitud y organizar la consulta — base: tu consentimiento (casilla del formulario) y la aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya.
Prestarte los servicios que contrates — base: ejecución de un contrato.
Medir qué campañas generan solicitudes (parámetros UTM) — base: nuestro interés legítimo en saber de dónde vienen nuestros clientes.
Cumplir obligaciones legales (p. ej. facturación e impuestos) — base: obligación legal.

No vendemos tus datos, no los usamos para decisiones automatizadas y no te enviaremos publicidad salvo que nos la pidas.

4. Con quién los compartimos

Solo con los proveedores necesarios para prestar el servicio, que actúan por cuenta nuestra:

Vercel Inc. (EE. UU.) — alojamiento de la web y procesamiento del formulario.
Google LLC (EE. UU.) — Google Sheets, donde se guardan las solicitudes; Google Fonts, que carga la tipografía de la web.
Telegram — aviso interno a nuestro equipo cuando llega una solicitud.
WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — el canal por el que hablamos contigo.

También podremos comunicar datos cuando lo exija la ley o una autoridad competente.

5. Transferencias internacionales

Nuestra empresa está registrada en Estados Unidos y nuestro equipo trabaja desde Vietnam, por lo que tus datos se tratan fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. En esos casos nos basamos en las garantías que ofrecen nuestros proveedores (como las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la UE o el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU.) y solo damos a nuestro equipo el acceso que necesita.

6. Cuánto tiempo los conservamos

Solicitudes que no se convierten en cliente: hasta 24 meses desde el último contacto; después se eliminan.
Clientes: mientras dure la relación y, después, durante los plazos exigidos por la normativa fiscal y contable.
Si nos pides borrar tus datos o retiras tu consentimiento, los eliminaremos salvo que la ley nos obligue a conservarlos.

7. Tus derechos

Puedes solicitar el acceso a tus datos, su rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad u oponerte al tratamiento, así como retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento sin que afecte al tratamiento anterior. Escríbenos a retechvnsp@gmail.com y te responderemos en un plazo máximo de un mes.

Si consideras que no hemos tratado tus datos correctamente, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) o la autoridad de control de tu país.

8. Cookies y tecnologías similares

Esta web no utiliza cookies publicitarias ni de analítica. Solo guardamos en tu navegador (localStorage) el idioma que elijas para no tener que pedírtelo de nuevo. Google Fonts recibe tu dirección IP al cargar la tipografía.

9. Seguridad

Usamos conexiones cifradas (HTTPS), acceso restringido a los miembros del equipo que lo necesitan y proveedores de confianza. Ningún sistema es 100 % seguro, pero si una brecha afectara a tus datos te lo notificaríamos a ti y a las autoridades conforme a la ley.

10. Menores

Nuestros servicios se dirigen a empresas y personas adultas. No recogemos conscientemente datos de menores de 16 años.

11. Cambios en esta política

Podemos actualizar esta política. Publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha de actualización y, si los cambios son importantes, te lo comunicaremos.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Dữ liệu bạn điền trong form: họ tên, số WhatsApp, email, website cửa hàng, nền tảng (Shopify, WooCommerce…), các vấn đề bạn chọn, ngân sách quảng cáo hàng tháng, dịch vụ quan tâm, ngày và khung giờ mong muốn, lời nhắn.
Dữ liệu tự động tạo khi gửi form: múi giờ, ngôn ngữ trang, URL trang, tham số chiến dịch (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) và thời điểm gửi.
Nội dung trao đổi: tin nhắn giữa bạn và chúng tôi qua WhatsApp hoặc email, cùng các quyền truy cập bạn tự nguyện cấp (ví dụ: quyền chỉ xem Meta Ads Manager hoặc Analytics).
Nhận diện quốc gia: để hiển thị website đúng ngôn ngữ, nhà cung cấp hosting cho chúng tôi biết quốc gia của địa chỉ IP. Chúng tôi không lưu IP hay quốc gia đó.

Vui lòng không gửi dữ liệu nhạy cảm (sức khỏe, tôn giáo…) hoặc mật khẩu. Nếu cần truy cập tài khoản, chúng tôi sẽ đề nghị cấp quyền người dùng, không bao giờ hỏi mật khẩu.

3. Mục đích sử dụng và cơ sở pháp lý

Phản hồi yêu cầu và sắp xếp buổi tư vấn — cơ sở: sự đồng ý của bạn (ô tích trong form) và các bước tiền hợp đồng theo yêu cầu của bạn.
Cung cấp dịch vụ bạn đã thuê — cơ sở: thực hiện hợp đồng.
Đo lường chiến dịch nào mang lại yêu cầu (tham số UTM) — cơ sở: lợi ích hợp pháp của chúng tôi trong việc biết khách hàng đến từ đâu.
Tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý (ví dụ: hóa đơn, thuế) — cơ sở: nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn, không dùng để ra quyết định tự động và không gửi quảng cáo trừ khi bạn yêu cầu.

4. Chúng tôi chia sẻ dữ liệu với ai

Chỉ với các nhà cung cấp cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ, xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt chúng tôi:

Vercel Inc. (Hoa Kỳ) — lưu trữ website và xử lý form.
Google LLC (Hoa Kỳ) — Google Sheets để lưu yêu cầu; Google Fonts để tải phông chữ của website.
Telegram — thông báo nội bộ cho đội ngũ khi có yêu cầu mới.
WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — kênh chúng tôi trao đổi với bạn.

Chúng tôi cũng có thể cung cấp dữ liệu khi pháp luật hoặc cơ quan có thẩm quyền yêu cầu.

5. Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài

Công ty được đăng ký tại Hoa Kỳ và đội ngũ làm việc tại Việt Nam, vì vậy dữ liệu của bạn được xử lý ngoài Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu. Khi đó, chúng tôi dựa vào các biện pháp bảo vệ của nhà cung cấp (như Điều khoản hợp đồng mẫu của EU hoặc Khung bảo mật dữ liệu EU–Hoa Kỳ) và chỉ cấp cho nhân sự quyền truy cập cần thiết.

6. Thời gian lưu trữ

Yêu cầu không trở thành khách hàng: tối đa 24 tháng kể từ lần liên hệ cuối, sau đó bị xóa.
Khách hàng: trong suốt thời gian hợp tác và sau đó theo thời hạn luật thuế, kế toán yêu cầu.
Nếu bạn yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý, chúng tôi sẽ xóa trừ khi pháp luật buộc phải lưu giữ.

7. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa, hạn chế xử lý, di chuyển dữ liệu hoặc phản đối việc xử lý, và có thể rút lại sự đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào (không ảnh hưởng đến việc xử lý trước đó). Hãy gửi email tới retechvnsp@gmail.com, chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi trong vòng một tháng.

Nếu bạn ở EU/EEA và cho rằng dữ liệu chưa được xử lý đúng, bạn có thể khiếu nại tới cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu tại nước mình. Nếu bạn ở Việt Nam, quyền của bạn còn được bảo vệ theo pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

8. Cookie và công nghệ tương tự

Website không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay phân tích. Chúng tôi chỉ lưu ngôn ngữ bạn chọn trong trình duyệt (localStorage) để không phải hỏi lại. Google Fonts nhận địa chỉ IP của bạn khi tải phông chữ.

9. Bảo mật

Chúng tôi dùng kết nối mã hóa (HTTPS), giới hạn quyền truy cập cho đúng nhân sự cần thiết và chọn nhà cung cấp uy tín. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng nếu xảy ra sự cố ảnh hưởng đến dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn và cơ quan chức năng theo quy định.

10. Trẻ vị thành niên

Dịch vụ dành cho doanh nghiệp và người trưởng thành. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của người dưới 16 tuổi.

11. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật; nếu thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn.
